These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YZT Import & Export GmbH website, products, and wholesale programme (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are indicative and denominated in USD. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Wholesale programme

Access to wholesale pricing requires approval. Approved partners agree to the Wholesale Agreement and minimum order requirements.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks, product imagery, and copy are the property of their respective owners or YZT Import & Export GmbH. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YZT Import & Export GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Germany.
